Drowned

14” x 14” x 78”

Steel, clear silicone, acrylic, Swarovski diamond ring, gypsum cement, rocks, and dirt from South Chagrin Reservation, acrylic paint, mineral oil

Took a risk with this project by trying something new. I think it was successful in some ways and definitely was a great learning experience for the next sculpture. The dirty “water” acts as a kind of hide and seek. Find the fingers and diamond ring in the dirty lake water.
